«VIVA VOLTA», ('TURNING') is a documentary with Raul de Souza, a Brazilian trombonist who lives in Paris since 1996 and still suffers from not being recognized in his country.With the sound of his trombone in the background the film takes the character back to Bangu (Rio de Janeiro), reconstructs his trajectory, revisits Saravah (a film from 1969 ), and, in 2005, promotes a revival between Raul and Maria Bethânia, whom celebrate together their devotion for music.
