A cowboy proves to the world that being a Jew doesn't mean he can't be a cowboy.
In the 1890s, after the death of their father, the eldest brother left to work for the Canadian Pacific Railway to support his ultra-Catholic family from Wyoming. Without news of him in months, his younger brother, Roy, sets out to find him through the inhospitable wintry lands of the American Northwest. Along the way, he will challenge his faith and ideologies in the face of nature's hostility.
