Two minutemen, both career officers, enjoy a cordial if mundane working relationship in a remote bunker manning the controls of a nuclear ballistic missile. It's a thankless job marked by self described 'decades of monotony' until one evening, the alarm sounds to arm and fire the missile. Yet there isn't confirmation- what could be a system bug could also be the death knell for mankind. Locked in a silo without any communication to the surface, the two now face a choice: complete their mission even if it means the end of society as we know it, or don't- but they must act fast and in unison. As the seconds count down, hidden agendas rise to the surface and tensions reach a boiling point. Quickly descending into a battle of wits, the fate of the world rests on the shoulders of these two service members.
